"Micro-Moments, Macro Effects" is a public service announcement addressing the pain caused by microaggressions through personal stories from diverse individuals. Some interviewees expressed regret over being aggressors, while others shared emotional, tearful experiences. As the interviewer, I also reflected on my own potential contributions to this harm. The project encourages reflection, empathy, and accountability, aiming to raise awareness about the often-overlooked impact of microaggressions. Through careful ideation and prototyping, we developed a unique format that emphasizes the subtle nature of these moments, hoping to inspire meaningful conversations about their effects.
